Prices

Room prices are per person and day for minimum stays of 3 nights, including breakfast buffet and free Wi-Fi. The resort tax is NOT included.
Apartment prices are per apartment and day for stays of 3+ nights, free Wi-Fi and exclusive of end-of-stay cleaning fee and resort tax.
The end-of-stay cleaning fee per apartment amounts to € 40.00 - € 70.00. Breakfast buffet available on request and at a surcharge.

Resort Tax

The resort tax is charged separately per person over 15 years: € 4,00 in summer and winter until 01.11.2023 (the whole year).

Check-in / Check-out

Your room or apartment is at your disposal from 2.00 pm on your check-in day. Please inform us in advance in case you arrive later than 9.00 pm.
On your day of departure we kindly ask you to leave your room or apartment by 9.00 am.

Cancellation Terms

• Up to 3 months prior to arrival: no cancellation fee
• Up to 1 month prior to arrival: we charge 40 % of the full booking amount
• Up to 1 week prior to arrival: we charge 70 % of the full booking amount
• Less than 1 week prior to arrival: we charge 90 % of the full booking amount
